Cheers, From the Man Cave Retreat Writing Team!

Thanks for taking the time to check out our about page. Every writer here has been where you are. But since you are here, you are much better off than when we first started! We are excited to help you create the man cave you have been thinking of. We don’t care if you are the manliest dude in the world, or the world’s best quilter, everyone deserves the ability to show off their authentic self in a man cave.

Man Cave Retreat’s Story

Everyone here writing for Man Cave Retreat has gone through the process of creating their own Man Cave. During that time, we found ourselves asking all kinds of questions. We want to help people going through the same process, so they can avoid making the same mistakes we did.

Every question we had we made sure to keep in our minds. This website is full of articles where we answer the very questions we asked not too long ago. As you will read in our posts, we want to focus more on helping people gather information. When we first started our journey of creating our man caves, we couldn’t believe how overwhelming the information was. It seems like everyone has an opinion. We want to give suggestions direction.

What’s To Come?

The Ultimate Man Cave Budget Tool:

One of the hardest parts of tackling a man cave build is the planning process. It is way too easy to forget something.

The Man Cave budget tool outlines everything you could possibly need while building a man cave, gives suggestions, and helps create an organized budget sheet. You will know exactly how much your prject will cost.

There were so many times that we started a project and kept having to run to the store because we didn’t know what was needed at the very beginning. We think this will help a lot of people!

For a limited time, we are offering this tool for free. All you need to do is complete the form to the left, and we will email you the spreadsheet. If you have any questions, we are always here to help.

Meet the Writers

Derek

Derek tends to enjoy the traditional rustic man cave look. He feels that the most important part of a man cave is that it is an authentic display of its creator’s hobbies, passions, and personality. Derek enjoys the starting of new projects and the challenge of troubleshooting.

Brian

Brian tends to favor a man cave that is centered around sports and electronics. His long term goal is to get a kegerator in his man cave. Brian is the planner. He would much rather measure twice and cut once. He believes if you are doing something, it is best to do it right the first time.
